I recommend posting a few pictures with fish you get in the area, the bottom you're diving, your boat, stuff like that.
You can also post pictures of other things in the area. However, I don't think you'll get to many American Divers interested in any overseas diving at this day and time. At least for the near future. People will feel a little better about checking you out. Good luck.
