Slight derail. Given the odd weight distribution on a glock does a 30 round mag make it really oddly weighted or make it really balanced. I could imagine either.

More weight means less recoil, lift, etc. But obviously, it is much slower to move around. There's a division I compete in that allows 25+ rounds, but very few do it- it's simply not a practical exercise. A good reload is under 4 seconds.
